We provide marketing, software development, and related consulting services. The scope of work, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in individual agreements or proposals accepted by the client.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
  • Fees for Services must be paid in accordance with the agreed proposal, contract, or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Services (custom marketing campaigns, development projects, consulting work), payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if Services have not yet been delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for us to perform the Services.
  • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as websites, campaigns, or code) will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or tools used.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate or use third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for issues arising from these third parties. Your use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No-Code Factory LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful activities.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
