Refund & Cancellation Policy

At No-Code Factory LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality marketing and development services to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.


1. Service Nature

Our services are primarily custom and project-based (including marketing campaigns, web/app development, and consulting). Because of the time, planning, and resources invested, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.


2. Cancellations

  • Before work begins: Clients may cancel their order before the project start date for a full refund, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
  • After work begins: If a cancellation is requested after we have started working, refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed and expenses incurred.
  • Ongoing subscriptions or retainers: Subscriptions or recurring retainers (e.g., monthly marketing management) may be canceled with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds

  • Non-refundable deposits: Any deposits paid for securing a project or booking a time slot are non-refundable.
  • Work already delivered: Completed work, digital products, or services already provided are not eligible for refunds.
  • Quality disputes: If you are unsatisfied with our Services, we encourage you to contact us. We will review the matter and attempt to provide a fair resolution (revision, adjustment, or partial refund at our discretion).

4. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you have any concerns about a payment, please contact us directly at nocodefactory00@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider.


5. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Services not delivered due to our fault
